Global Shipping
The Sleep Outlet Store Inc. is proud to offer free outbound shipping worldwide on all orders, regardless of order size or destination. We ship to most countries and territories across the globe.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number for your shipment.
Transit Times
Because we maintain inventory in multiple warehouses around the world, your order will ship from the location closest to your delivery address when possible. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and product availability:

10–15 business days – when shipping from an international warehouse or during peak demand periods
Please note that transit times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
In all cases, we provide a tracking number once your parcel has shipped out. Tracking details will be sent to your email and, when possible, will include a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees once they reach your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Inbound (Return) Shipping Fee
While outbound shipping is always free, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A flat $19.99 USD return shipping fee applies to all returns, regardless of the item or location. This fee will either be deducted from your refund amount or invoiced to you before we issue a prepaid return label.
Delivery Issues
Please inspect your shipment promptly upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at thesleepoutletstore@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Sleep Outlet Store Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
